I had never once screwed up boiled eggs in mt entire life - not once. Until today. I can't believe I managed to mess BOILED eggs up FFS! I was so engrossed in looking at photos on Facebook of the class BBQ (man, I really miss those) that I didn't realize they were done until 10mins later and all the water ran out.

Not only that, I managed to burn myself quite badly in the process too. Like, everything was done but I just HAD to touch tat itty bitty part of metal between the pot and handle. Smart. Needless to say, I'm nursing a very painful right index finger this very moment. Ouch. :(
